The complex is just after the traffic light and right before you get to Arby's. We are located in the last building in the complex, inside of suite 204.  This is a busy road.  Please allow adequate time for traffic and parking,

All first time facial guests are required to book The First Touch Facial Treatment. This service includes a consultation, customized all inclusive treatment, treatment plan for the next three months and  complimentary skincare sample kit. Peels or advanced treatments are not performed on first time guests.

Professional facial treatments are recommended once every four to six weeks. Guests with skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitized skin, etc. may be advised a more progressive treatment plan until desired skin goals are reached,

How Often Should I Receive A Facial?

Please note, when booking a service it is highly recommended that you invest in the products recommended to you by your Esthetician. By doing so , you protect your initial investment (your service) and both enhance & optimize your results. This assists you in maintaining optimal skin health and appearance in between visits.

Prior to your appointment

As a courtesy, you will receive both an appointment confirmation email/text, 72 hour appointment confirmation email/text, and a 24 hour appointment reminder email/text. With that being said, if you need to reschedule your appointment a MINIMUM of 24 hour notice is required. Anything within 24 hours will result in a $25 cancellation fee pe

As a courtesy, you will receive both an appointment confirmation email/text, 72 hour appointment confirmation email/text, and a 24 hour appointment reminder email/text. With that being said, if you need to reschedule your appointment a MINIMUM of 24 hour notice is required. Anything within 24 hours will result in a $25 cancellation fee per service scheduled and a $60 cancellation fee for Spa Packages that must be paid before you can schedule a new appointment. Any same day cancels or no shows will result in 100% of your service being charged. Multiple cancellations at the 24-hour mark will result in a prepayment of all future requested services. While we understand life happens and unexpected circumstances could prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment; our cancellation policy is designed to provide us with enough time to fill your slot with a waitlisted client. Canceling outside of these guidelines does not allow us to do so.

If there is an appointment available the same day, there will be a $25 reschedule fee added to your service.   Due to the nature of services, only the person being serviced will be allowed in the  suite during scheduled appointment time.
